Summary: This is a great product, very easy to install and setup. I just plugged it into the USB port and it worked right away. It came with a system backup software, encryption software and 10GB of wuala cloud storage. The hard drive looks very nice, is small, sturdy and reliable. It's also silent and runs cool. I am using it almost everyday and have been very happy with it so far.

The drive doesn't need any external power supply, which is very convenient. It's been working very well so far. I've loaded all my music and movies onto this drive for entertainment on long flights!

Summary: I'm very impressed with the portable drive. I particularly like its design and the overall build quality. It's plug-and-play, has nice storage capacity and is supplied with the optional backup and encryption software. The aluminum casing protects the drive and makes it very durable. The drive is pleasant to use and works just as advertised. All in all, a worthwhile purchase.

Summary: I've never really backed up my data on a regular basis before but a colleague of mine has lost all of her files recently and I thought I should start backing my stuff up. I've got one of these, setup the backup software, and let it run. It took quite a while the first time - I've got years and years of files sitting on there - but now that the initial backup is done the software runs quickly and quietly every hour.

Summary: The 1 TB Porsche Design drive is great for working in the field and for on-the-go backup. The transfer speed is quick, there's lots of room and the design seems to be very sturdy. The included software for automatic backup and encryption is very easy to use. In terms of reliability, I'd say it's good. In over five months of use, not one problem thus far. Overall, I'm very happy with this drive and can easily recommend it to anyone working with large amounts of data.

The USB3.0 is the best feature of this drive, the high transfer speed is very helpful in working directly from the drive. The unit is very quiet, as it doesn't have a fan. It looks great, too!

At home it sits nicely next to my laptop and when I travel or go to see clients I just put it in my bag, and I'm good to go. The enclosure is very sturdy, so no separate protective case is required. Perfect for every scenario.
