PIECE OF CRAP

Pros: NONE, this is a standard unit, nothing special.

Cons: Died within 60 days, support sucks and will not help you without the receipt.

Summary: It was a gift. Memorex just told me they won't fix it because I don't have a receipt (to prove it is within the one year warranty), but it was only released last March. The drive was very slow when it did work. They argue their press release is dated Oct.2005 so it doesn't matter. This is a poor product and poor customer service. My brand new drive is less than 4 months old. PIECE OF JUNK!
