This TV has performed over my expectations!

Pros: Image is startling for the price and connectivity is very easy to understand. Functionality between other devices has also been very good.
Cons: Just wish it has a little better sound system.

BAD motherboard, back ordered for 2 months

Summary: I purchased this TV for Christmas and 4 days later the motherboard goes out. motherboard is on back order for 2 months. Apparently this is a common problem. I'm one month down. I guess I'll keep waiting. There customer service is so poor they make is so hard to get any resolution that it makes me want to throw the TV in the trash and go buy a different brand.(4 day old TV). After talking to Haier Corporate office Tim specifically I want NOTHING to do with this company.I told him that I would plaster the internet with my experience and he said "That's Fair".
