After 4.5 months after purchase, it malfunctioned.

Summary: Very bad investment. Don't buy it. After about 4.5 months with minimal usage, the TV picture is now lighter on one side and darker on the other. Very annoying. Obviously shoddy construction, parts, etc. Don't buy it!

Nice TV, but it just quit - 4 months after purchase

Pros: Nice picture, when it works.
Cons: Out of the blue, TV just stopped turning on. Now I am dealing with the warranty people who will either repair or replace.
Summary: Maybe it's a fluke but think twice about this TV. Couldn't be very good quality if it quits 4 months after purchase.
