The good: The LG CS560 series offers decent color accuracy and saturation. The TV has a matte screen and bright-room performance is better than the LG LS4600's at half the price.
The bad: The TV has terrible black levels and off-axis viewing. The TV suffers from poor uniformity, with large backlight blobs afflicting the upper half of the screen.
The bottom line: The LG CS560 series is a relatively cheap LCD TV, but its poor image quality means that it cannot compete against other budget TVs.

Excellent picture quality

Summary: Excellent picture quality, easy setup, good audio quality, easy to use and seamlessly works with LG Blu Ray. This is my third LCD TV, and by far the best picture quality of all three. The CNET ratings for this product is, I believe, misleading because this is a fantastic LCD HDTV. The key to this model is to allow it to make the necessary adjustments for good picture quality. For Aspect Ratio, set it for "Set By Program" and for Picture Mode, set it for "Intelligent Sensor." I'm also impressed by the quality of non-HD programs, as well, which tend to display "blocky" on flat panel HDTVs. The remote works very well with LG Blu Ray unit too. Good job LG! Manual controls are hard to see and operate.
