  TH-46PZ850U IS THE TOP DOG.

  Pros: Absolutely PERFECT crystal clear picture, GREAT sound right out of the box. Tons of picture adjustment , BEST VIEWING ANGLES AVAILABLE. No Motion Blur, and unbelievable for gaming/movies. If it does get any better, I bet it costs twice as much.

  Cons: No picture in picture (even though I rarely use it its still nice to have), Viera Cast currently has very limited content. I hope eventually it is able to stream 1080p content like netflix. I heard amazon VOD was in the works but no 1080p content.

  Summary: The only down side other than PIP is the very limited vieracast connection. But this is correctable without buying a new TV. It may not be the UNDISPUTED heavyweight champ ...

  Summary: The only down side other than PIP is the very limited vieracast connection. But this is correctable without buying a new TV. It may not be the UNDISPUTED heavyweight champ in some eyes, but its definitely the interim champ in my book. With my Old model LCD and HD RPTV it seemed every day after I bought them they lost a little, Every day with this one has been a breath of fresh air. Don't let them fool you this TV blows away the PZ800u , and is worth every extra penny, if not for just the picture controls.

  AMAZING PLASMA

  Pros: I like the look and sound of this plasma

  Pros: AMAZING PICTURE QUALITY, THE SOUND IS GOOD, EVERYTHING CNET DESCRIBED IS ACCURATE.

  Summary: I LOOKED OVER A MONTH FOR THE RIGHT TV AND I HAVE TO SAY I GOT IT! I WANTED AN LCD BECAUSE FRIENDS WERE SAYING THAT PLASMAS DONT LAST LONG, BUT AFTER SEARCHING AND LOOKING HARD AT DIFFERENT REVIEWS FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE, I DECIDED TO LOOK INTO PLASMAS. I STEPPED IN THE LOCAL BESTBUY AND ASKED SPECIFIC QUESTIONS AND THE GENTLEMAN PROVIDED ME WITH GREAT FEEDBACK ON DIFFERENCES IN ALL TV'S. HE ASKED ME ABOUT THE PRICING WHICH I GOT IT FOR $1300 AND RIGHT AWAY HE SUGGESTED I GOT A GREAT DEAL AND HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT 80% OF BESTBUY EMPLOYEES HAVE EITHER PIONEER OR PANASONIC PLASMAS. BOTTOM LINE GREAT REVIEWS ON PANASONIC AND TOO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON SAMSUNG.

  Nice t.v. but....

  Pros: Picture & sound excellent.

  Cons: This television ran way to hot and gave wife headaches. Some noticeable burn-in.

  Summary: I loved the picture and sound on this television and trust me I did my homework. After about 60 days I really noticed the heat coming off this t.v. even when it was on standard settings. My wife started getting headaches. The t.v. was far away from our couch, About 14 feet. I returned it for a LCD and no problems. I really liked this t.v. too. Standard-def was good and high-def was terrific. There was some burn in too but went away with the wash-out feature. Although admittedly, it was a constant worry.
