the advertising is deceptive

Pros: good video low price
Cons: not what is advertised the box only shows .."240 clear motion technology".. which implies that the refresh rate is 240 when its 120 in 3d and 60 in 2d

You: The spec sheet does not say for 2d. It says "120Hz Panel refresh rate (in 3D mode)"

You: I saw that that was the clear motion rate, but that is different from the actual panel refresh rate.
