Quality is going down

Pros: Beautiful Picture, easy to work with, easy to setup
Cons: Light bleed from every corner and bottom made big light lines in darker shows, movies, and games. Slow smart features and apps, have to update every time you try to load them and it takes a minimum of 5 min to install update.

Summary: I was hoping to be buying a great TV for the money. ended up having to first exchange for a new one, the second one had even worse light bleed then the first, and it would not let me change picture settings. Overall i wasted my time and my money on this TV but luckily Bestbuy is awesome and returned it for me with no problems. I am thinking i am going to go with sony for now on and will probably never get a samsung again there quality is beginning to go down.

Smart TV with dumb remote and limited BT connectivity.

Pros: Looks nice
Cons: No matter how smart the tv might be, if it comes with a dumb remote control, the system will be pretty dumb. I was able to pair an Apple Bluetooth keyboard but could not pair an Apple Magic Trackpad. Samsung's BT SW stack needs some work.
