Best TV out there.

Pros: Colors are mesmorizing, no other TV compares to the brilliance samsung has achived with this line.
Has good UI.
Can link with all your other samsung devices without any hassle.
Near 0 energy consumption, think it said $12 a year
Pros are endless
Cons: Cons... Really there are none. However, the only possible thing one could mistake for a con would be the slow speed web surfing. Just have to remember that this is a TV and not a PC and you relize why this is not a true con.

Good picture; support is terrible

Pros: Very good picture quality
Got loads of usable features
Cons: Poor audio quality (expected in such sleek TV's)
Handling the virtual key board is extremely non-user friendly

Summary: Great picure quality. The refreash rate is acceptable too. I had an issue of the TV rebooting automatically every 30-40 minutes while watching any program. I called the support to get this fixed and had to spend about 4 grilling hours spread over multiple calls. The call gets disconneted after a few minutes and we are forced to start all over again; absolutely frustrating experience! Terrible support system by Samsung. I have had this product for just under a week. I will updated again later.
