Muted colors; Wii doesn't work; poor tech support

Pros: Good picture IF you like more muted colors and a darker look than Samsung or Toshiba. Cheaper looking stand than Samsung.
Cons: Picture too dark. Won't work with Wiii (cursor hangs up). Sony help line were hard to reach, unfriendly & said was our problem. We returned the Sony and replaced with Samsung. It works perfectly with the Will and has a better picture.

Summary: I would not buy this TV. We returned it and exchanged for Samsung. Having the TV work with our Wii is important to us. Having access to friendly, competent customer service is also important. Sony fails on both counts. Quite a contrast with Samsung customer service who were very easy to reach when I called to ask about Wii compatibility, and obviously knowledgeable. Nintendo were also easy to reach when we called to check out the Wii itself. Sony's product and customer service really look bad in comparison. There's nothing here to justify the higher price ($100 in my area) for the Sony over Samsung. The Samsung is clearly better in all respects. I've had a series of Sony TV's, exclusively, for 20+ years, but never again. Used to see Sony as the top brand but clearly no longer the case.

Love this TV My WII, xbox and playstation work great!

Pros: Incredibly clear picture quality and apps that make this TV AMAZING! Not to mention DLNA capabilities. To me, Netflix streaming looks better from this App than any other I have seen on the market. Hulu plus also looks awesome.
Cons: The customer support is a bit shady, not so great. I only had to call once about how to turn manual updates on. No complaints other than that.

Summary: This is the best TV I have ever owned. The guy above me must have gotten a faulty TV because mine works perfectly with the WII and the colors were muted at first, but that was solved easily by entering the color set up and adjusting the colors to your preference like you are supposed to do when you first by a new TV. This TV is up to par with TV's almost 2 times its price and you can get any sort of color tone you want out of it with the custom settings. I just wish that this was 3D, I bought it right before the 3D version came out. If you are looking for the best picture around at a price that can't be beat, then this puppy is definitely your best bet! I would recommend this to anyone.
