The good: The Toshiba 5200 series has good all-around performance for the price, with relatively good black levels and shadow detail and minimal uniformity issues.
The bad: Color accuracy is a problem, with occasional greenish midtones. The backlight can fluctuate slightly between light and dark material. Unlike some TVs at this price level, there's no 3D or Smart TV.
The bottom line: The bare-bones Toshiba L5200 series offers respectable value for the money with fine picture quality for an edge-lit LED TV.

Defective TV Toshiba WON'T Honor Warrenty!!!

Pros: No redeaming qualities!!!
Cons: *Poor customer service.
*Won't honor warrenty.
*Defective product.
*Poor picture.
*Unresolved audio problems.
*Won't work with Direct TV or Dish Network.
*Save your money, I recomend avoiding Toshiba products all together!!

Summary: Has a serious audio problem and they won't repair under warrenty, customer service says it is a minor problem for only a select few TV's. If you have Dish Network or Direct TV, the audio will become garbled and you will have to turn the TV off and then on again...DON'T BY TOSHIBA!!!
