  Summary: I hate wires, When I got my PS2 some time ago I was desperate to get a efficient wireless controller and about a year ago I bought these Logitech wireless controllers and they are the best, they are actually better than the PS2 original ones. It has the right weight, the buttons are great, it's very durable and the batery life it's fair enough. I definately recommend this controllers to all PS2 owners.

  This Logitech controller is the BEST controller for PS2 I've ever had.
  I have it for almost two years and it never failed or crashed, before this one I had an Pelican Cordless controller that broke just after I bought it. If you are envy of the PS3 cordless controller, don't. This Logitech is really one you must have for your PS2.

  Great controller that is wireless and fits well in your hand.

  Pros: Wireless, vibration on or off button, auto turn off, long battery life, fits right on hand.

  Cons: Price is high, L2 or R2 button tend to get stuck after long use.

  Best cordless period.

  Best of the Best

  Summary: I wanted a wireless controller for my PS2. I tried three different controllers. The first one was a pelican. It lacked precision, and it felt weird to hold.
  The second one was some Nerf wrapped thing. Not a fan of this controller either, very strange shape, squishy, and lacking precision in control.
  The Logitech was the best, it has the most responsive buttons and the best balance of any controller I've used. As a bonus, it does not really eat batteries. I bought a set of rechargeable batteries for it from WalMart, they charge up in 8 hours and since it only ever uses 2 batteries at a time one pair can be charging while the other is in use.
  I'm not saying that this happens often, the batteries last a really long time before they need recharged. I'd say anywhere from 35 to 45 hours depending on the game I'm playing and whether or not I have rumble turned on.
  Without the rumble it lasts about ten more hours.
  I like the precision of the controls and the shape of the controller is actually more comfortable for me than that of a regular PS2 controller.
  If you want a wireless controller for your PS2 then look no further, this one is the absolute best.

I have tried many varieties of wireless controllers and I found them all to lag in responce. They all worked fine on most games but for first person shooters when you must press multiple buttons at the same time most other controllers lag were this one does not. Must have for black hawk down

  Summary: I've had two of these controllers, and am happy with each of them. My first one had a sticky X button, so I took it apart and cleaned off the "pad" which had juice or something on it. Now, both of these controllers work perfectly, and I wouldn't reccomend any other wireless controller.

  Way to Finally Review This...Only Out for Over 2 Years Now...

  Summary: I have the white EA version of this controller and have had it for over a year. Thankfully, I got the Best Buy product replacement plan for $8 because I have had three of these things break in various ways (right analog was stuck down and right, then the left analog stick snapped on the second one, then the square button stuck in on the third). The 4th one has endured well, however. The only other controller I ever had break in my entire life was an NES Maxx waaaay back in the day.
  
  I do think that I just had bad luck with this one though. My brother has the same controller and his has been flawless. The overall feel is solid and very comfortable. A pair of alkalines will last around 50 hours with rumble on and probably much longer with it off. I didn't notice any drop-off in the rumble capabilites of this vs. that of the dual-shock, so I don't know what this reviewer is smoking (although a review over 2 years after the product came out leads me to believe its something good). The range is a little better than I expected. I generally sit about 15 feet from the console and the response has never even lagged a little bit and maintains connection even 30 feet away.
  
  Other than the wireless controller made by Microsoft for the Xbox 360, which is possibly the best console controller ever made, this is likely the best wireless controller in existence. For Nintendo afficionados, its like the WaveBird...but with rumble.

  Summary: To be fair, the reason I decided to FINALLY go wireless with my PS2 controller less than a year before PS3 launches is because one of Sony's main competitors, Xbox 360. Anyone who owns the Xbox 360 wireless controller can tell you this is the BEST designed controller EVER, hands down! This is the next best thing. First, the background. I made the foolish mistake of assuming that all wireless controllers were created equally. Originally, I had bought Sylvania's 900 Mhz controllers for a mere $15 each off eBay......big mistake. First off, they're huge compared to Logitech's, they take four "AA" batteries instead of two, and the receiver is this dongle that hangs ever so ugly from the system for which you have to manually select the channel for each controller using a switch on the back. Less than five minutes after using them, the game paused with the message, "Please plug a controller back into controller port one." The controller kept losing the connection to the receiver and the system thought I had unplugged the controller!!! I was so angry that, even though I almost NEVER pay retail for anything, I used some Christmas money to pay a whopping $40 each for Logitech's controllers. Do I regret it? NEVER!!! These things are almost perfect. They are well designed, just slightly bigger than the OEM wired controllers, and syncing them with the receivers is such a breeze! The receiving unit is a little rectangle you plug into the controller port. It only has one button. To link it up with the controller, just push the button, and turn on the controller and VOILA! Wireless at its very best. I've had 2 of these for about four months and even with my son and me logging about 10-20 hours/week on the system, still haven't needed to replace the batteries (they take two each). Don't make the mistake I did and let price affect your decision, go with the best!

  I picked it up the first day, plugged in the receiver and I have never looked back. First of all, the battery life is astounding; I've had this thing since November 2005 and as of now I have not had to replace the batteries (vibration turned off.
  
  The controller is very sturdy as I've dropped it no less than 10 times upside down and no parts have come loose. The analog sticks don't feel as strong as those on a standard controller but I've had no problems so far.
  
  This controller also has a very mature presence so much that the older gamer will not have a problem using this. Other 3rd party devices look pretty childish. If you're looking for cordless gaming, the Logitech Action wireless controller is the one for you

  Summary: I first bought a pair of Logitech Cordless Precision controllers (the chaper model). I didn't realize that they didn't have vibration funtion. What a disappointment! I played with one a few times and then they went back. How fun could it be to play games without vibration. (At the time, I tried it with Call of Duty 2. No vibration took the fun out of it.)
  
  But there are good things about the Precision controllers that I like, especially, the shape of the controllers. So, I stuck with Logitech and bought a pair of Action controllers. They have everything that I like from the Precision's, plus vibration function.
