Summary: Bottom line? All you reviewers out there need to listen up and stop bashing this game. there is fun to be had from when you are waiting for game to start and fun to be had after you take game out what more can you ever ask for from a game?
Summary: I've been waiting for this game all year, but I'm glad I decided to rent it first. I've been a DBZ fan for years, and like most I couldn't wait to see Goku and friends on the GC. I was impressed with the graphics, sound, and detail. When you power up to do a Kamehameha wave (or any special ki attack) the screen gets darker and enemies move in slow motion in a Matrix-like manner. But most of the fighting is just kicking and punching. There's also very little freedom in the game. It's based the TV series from the Saiyan Saga to the Cell Saga, so you pretty much have to stick to the script. So if you're not a die-hard DBZ fan, you may wonder why you have to choose Goku instead of the other Z-fighters to fight certain battles. Once you beat the game (which can be done too easily. All you have to do is keep punch-kicking. The bosses can dodge most of your ki attacks but can't block 3 punches in a row?!?) you can play with all the Z-fighters (Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, etc) and even Brolly. But that wasn't enough to make me want to play the whole game again. DBZ fans might like it just because it's a DBZ game. But other than that, it's really not a FUN game
