  The Ariens Deluxe 28 is a mid-cost snowblower with a 28" clearing width. The Briggs & Stratton 249cc 1150 series engine of this snowblower offers six forward speeds and 2 reverse speeds. The snow chute of the the Deluxe 28 can throw snow up to fifty feet, and the 2.5x ice drill manual chute control allows you to dictate where the snow goes. The tires of this snowblower are 15" x 5" directional snow tread tires that are designed to perform in slippery conditions. This snowblower differs from the higher cost Deluxe 30 model in that the 30 model has a 30" clearing width, as well as a more powerful engine (the Briggs & Stratton 305cc 1450 series Ariens Polar Force engine).
