Great training tool for beginning intermediate runners

Pros: Good price if you get the Forerunner 50 w/ heart rate strap, ANT and foot pod.
Watch is nice enough to wear as everyday watch.
Easy to use, great set of tools for tracking all kinds of data.
Optional bike accessory
Garmin Connect website is awesome.
Cons: For a Garmin no GPS (but not a deal breaker).
Get the 50 w/ foot pod and heart rate monitor and ANT stick.
Cannot swim with the watch (not a deal breaker).

Summary: Great set of accessories and tools right out of the box to track all sorts of running data. Garmin Connect website will put everything into nice looking graphs, the included software is very acceptable as well. The 50 does a great job tracking heart rate, cadence, speed, distance, zone training, etc. Some of the functions this watch can do for the price is pretty cool. A good buy for beginning triathlete or runner that like to 'collect' and track all sorts of data. Not much bad to say about the watch.
