It is just poor quality programming.

Pros: no pros none Nada 0.
Cons: not compatible with new operating systems. will not work with older versions. What were they thinking.

DON'T BUY IT

Summary: Mind you this is NOT my first Print Shop purchase. I have had at least 3 or 4 other versions of this product and loved every one of them more than the last. Until now. This is a complete redesign of this product. It is the MOST UN User friendly software I have ever seen. It used to be so easy a blind monkey could work it and now it requires a college degree. I am shipping it back for a refund and have told them that I will warn everyone not to buy this product because you will either pull all your hair out or throw your lap top across the room. Encore (the software mfg) has now phone support, when you try to go on line to figure the program out it is so confusing and also doesn't give the proper answer to your problem. I am seriously disapointed in this product and pray that someone wakes up and they go back to the old version. I also posted a request to my AF parents group and no less than 8 other parents contacted me and said they too hate this new version and are going to switch to something else.
