Whoever 'Designed' this should be sacked !

Summary: OK, so the funcionality is all I could ask for at this price - I checked the range of models and decided this was the best cost vs requirements bargain I could find.
Then when I took it out the box, the problems started!
Where was the Stylus? Well, it was eventually discovered tucked round the back, so well embedded in its slot that it was a very fiddly process encouraging it out of its non-spring-loaded slot! Subsequently I discovered that one also had to do this BEFORE opening the plastic cover to access the screen, as the open cover-hinge blocks the exit path of the stylus! Duh !
Then the biggest problem for me, 'cos there is no 'work-around' - the 5-way navigation button, and the 'quick-launch' buttons!
I really enjoy playing 'Chopper Alley' on my PDA as a stress-buster. However it is next to impossible to play it on this device!
The 5-way nav button has been drastically reduced in size (to accommodate the fingerprint reader in the other models) to the extent that it is next to useless for all but the most nimble-fingered! An average-fingered male like myself can easily cover the whole button with one fingertip, making it nigh impossible to use it as a 'navigation' button at all! When you press on one of the up/down/etc sides of the rocker, it is almost impossible to avoid pushing-down on the central button too! etc etc! The 5-way is a disaster for gamers (and others too).
Then the Quick-launch Buttons!
These are flushed with the surface of the rest of the casing, which may look clever, but makes it murder to 'feel' for a button when looking at the screen, as they are all flush and there is no distinguishing 'lump' or actual 'button'.
Also, for 'design' as opposed to practicality purposes, the outside buttons (Calendar & iTask) have their 'pads' extended below and in front of the other two ((Contacts & Mail), making it even more confusing for some one to 'feel' for the appropriate button!!
Once again a disaster for games players who use the Buttons for vital rapid interaction in their Games.
All in all, the functionality of the Device is all I expected, but this has been critically compromised by bad design of the outer case.
I am glad I bought the cheapest of the range, and will wait till HP bring out a better-designed case before investing in a higher-spec model.
