The good: Fast processor; biometric fingerprint reader; built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth; dual expansion slots; nice display and included screen cover; user-replaceable battery.
The bad: Hefty; so-so battery life.
The bottom line: Offering an impressive resume of good performance and security and wireless features, the HP iPaq hx2750 gets the job done.

Best PDA ever!
Pros: Speedy for all applications. Plenty of memory. Protective case non-obtrusive. Wi-Fi is turn key. Awesome.
Cons: Price, but you get what you pay for.

Hp Hates Customers

Summary: I have had my unit for just less than one year. In this time, It has needed $600 in repairs. The most recent incident was with the synch and charge port. I was using the unit normally and a pin became bent so the unit would not charge or sync. I sent it in to HP and they claim that this is not covered under the warranty. After 10 days and 5 calls to customwer service and escalating the case, I never received a more than a telephone message saying they would not fix the unit under warranty. "Issac" the head of their business department would not speak with me personally. When I asked to speak with his boss, I was told that "this is not an option availlbe to you" Imagine that, a company telling its customer that they don't want to hear from you. I have enjoyed HP products for many years, but this represents a dramatic shift in their customer service policies. Be warned! I even told them how many products of theirs I owned and that I was a repeat customer. They were unwilling to dig into their profits for 230$ to satisfy a returning customer.

Out of the box the unit is almost ready to play with, a small setup program launchs automatically and does its think, once done you calibrate the touchscreen and you're ready to play. BUT !!!! goto HP's website and download the latest ROM image...do it BEFORE you bother to setup the device, because the update wipes everything.
Once this is done the unit is superb and is a joy to use, with slots for SD and Compact Flash cards, bluetooth, WiFi and IR you can have no problem communicating, the only bad thing i have noticed is that because the HX2750 runs Mobile PC 2003 there is not a great deal of freeware \ shareware software out there for it....1 out of 1 users found this user opinion helpful.

Summary: It's a great upgrade from old HP Journado 540. The RAM memory is great and storage memory can be expanded with SD card and Compactflash which is a great feature for me. It freezes up from time to time at the begining but with a soft reset. The security feature is awesome with biometric and different layer of security features. Reviewers who gave negative comments on battery draining, please refer to user manual. If you leave the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on all the time, it will drain the battery out within few hours. HP recommends to turn all Wi-Fi off before putting on standby. HP backup features is included and I strongly encourage everyone to use it in case of using the last resort on hard-reset(it will reset all the factory settings). If the battery drains out completely, it will do a hard reset. There's warning settings feature to remind you to charge the PDA before continue to use. It's been the greatest tool with landscape capability to increase the width reading.

Buy it, You'll Love It!!
Pros: Speed of Processor Protective Cover Built-In WiFi,Bluetooth Fingerprint reader Size of Unit 128 ROM/128RAM SD/CF Slots
Cons: They should have come with a case. Even my previous HP2215 came with a case. Battery Life with Wifi On. You'll Need To Carry A Spare

Awesome PPC, Lightning Fast & Secure!

Pros: Check it's features I don't know where to start, My favorite has got to be the sleek Biometric fingerprint reader
Cons: Wish it came with a leather case in the box but I don't think any of the manufacturers are including these now a days
