Loved it till it DIED on the first day
Pros: Every feature a PDA user could want; digital camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc. Had no problem getting on a bluetooth network with my PC so I could go online (I did buy a usb bluetooth adapter for my PC). Good battery life and sound quality (I fell asleep for
Cons: Camera was pretty disappointing quality for 1.3MP, but it was still fun; Same glitches you would expect to find in any Windows system; I was very excited and pleased with this product until it suddenly froze, turned off, and would not turn back on. I got

Good device, fragile screen not covered by warranty!
Pros: Nice product, works well, although I could not get a version of realplayer for it, or opera.
Cons: Screen cracked after 4 days of use, and HP consider ALL sceen breakages as user abuse. The repair costs more than a new device, so this is the last HP device I will buy for a while...

Best PDA I've ever owned

Pros: Wireless AND Bluetooth, SD slot, camera,
Cons: Not upgradable to the latest PPC OS - Windows Mobile 5

With wireless and Bluetooth, I can connect to the 'net easily - Wireless LAN setup is a breeze, BT took some tinkering but works great once the partnership has been established.
And c?mon, what ultimate gadget guy doesn't want a universal remote control (great for pranks at a party)
In short the 3715 has a huge array of goodies for an average priced PDA.

Very nice pda with GREAT functions
by starlenie on May 15, 2005
Pros: Lonnnng battery life, awesome easily accessible WiFi and Bluetooth, good program speed and overall processor speed, good web surfing etc.
Cons: sometimes you have to stop the programs from running manually because they don't stop on their own upon closing them

This HP pda is much better and much more user friendly. The mobile media features are great for what I use them for. It is by no means as nice as a laptop, but it has good portable mp3 playing and video playback too. I like the remote control option provided through Nevo and the camera is decent, nothing to make or break your decision. I just looked at is a perk.
The wifi works great. It picks up all signals around and it is very good connectivity. The web surfs through fast and is compatible with most websites. Though Word and Excel aren't the greatest Pocket PC programs in general, they work fine for basic use. If you need to read your company's pipeline or some other LARGE document, it might not be good to get a PDA for that in general.
The input dictionary and software has been updated or made better since my X3, entry is much simpler.
Overall i really really like this PDA and i think it's MUCH better than a dell.3 out of 3 users found this user opinion helpful.

Awsome Dude!!
Pros: Got almost everything you need on a PDA. Cool software bundle. Entertainment, PIM, WiFi, Bluetooth, Infra-red, Nevo, voice recording, video recording, you name it, it got it! Great for gear geeks!
Cons: The digital camera on the PDA seems to be the only drawback on this little Swiss army knife!

Cons: 1 Poor WiFi, 2 Poor system coz sometims the pda once turn off cannot be turn and cant be reset even though u poke the soft reset button. The only thing u can do is to remove the main battery which cause hard reset. Really disappointed with this pda 3 Poor

Any feature you want without the bulk
Pros: Very peppy loading programs, and really easy to hold. Screen was surprisingly bright, even when comparing it to my old Compaq 3630. It makes the old thing look washed out in comparison. I think it is a great product for the price. The resolution and qua
Cons: The included fake leather case is a bad idea. Don't use it. It presses to hard onto the screen and ends up making the touchscreen layer stick to the LCD and make a weird pattern on the screen. It goes away after a min or 2, but it is probably not good for
