Summary: We bought this to use in a small office setting, and found the sound quality is horrible. After attempting to use it for a number of calls we consistently had an echo and the other end could not hear us speak. I switched to a $10 Headset and quality to the same recipent was perfect, no echo they could hear us. I would not recommend this product.
