The good: The Altec Lansing MuzxDNA Mesh earphones are supercheap and ultraportable, and they offer plenty of bass. The cable seems reasonably durable for $20 earbuds, and several silicone eartips are included.
The bad: The Altec Lansing MuzxDNA Mesh earphones sound muddy and muffled. They may not be comfortable for all users.
The bottom line: The Altec Lansing MuzxDNA Mesh earphones represent an improvement over stock earbuds, but even given the ultralow price, the audio is unimpressive.

These are barely better than airline giveaways

Pros: The slider used to prevent tangles is a nice touch, and the buds are comfortable in the ears.
Cons: The sound is really tinny. I experienced NONE of the alleged big bass as advertised. My iPhone earbuds produce MUCH better sound; I just prefer the softer earpiece, which is why I tried this product.

Summary: Ultimately, the sound is what's really important in choosing headphones, and these just don;t do it. The sound is really tinny, with minimal bass or range. I never thought it would make that mush of a difference, but I found it to be a big step backwards from my iPhone buds. Yeah, they're cheap, but they're still not worth the price.
