The Best Sub-$300 Closed Headphones

Pros: Amazing bass, amazing treble, very comfortable, durable design that uses aluminum housing, doesn't give you headphone hair
Cons: Slightly recessed midrange

Summary: I bought these for $185US on EBay plus $15US for shipping to Canada. Very worth it. I don't think I will have to get another pair of headphones ever again until this one breaks.
The bass on these headphones go LOW. I have a pair of Sennheiser HD-555 which, while almost half the price of the A900, just do not compare to the A900 in terms of treble and bass. The midrange on the two is comparable.
I heard so much more detail that I had never heard before in my music.
Very comfortable to wear for hours and the "3d wing design" lets you go out of the house without a row flattened hair.

Awesome Sound, Fair Price.

Pros: These headphones offer a full range, and do an excellent job of canceling out ambient noise (too good sometimes).
Cons: They're huge.
