The good: The Bose SIE2 and SIE2i earphones fit securely and comfortably, are sweat-resistant, and their "open" design has its appeal. They also offer pleasantly full bass and include a Reebok "fitness" armband for wearing your portable music device.
The bad: They're pricey. The included armband won't house the iPhone 5 or new iPod Touch, they let in sound, and no carrying case is included.
The bottom line: While they're no bargain, the Bose SEI2 and SEI2i have an appealing, sweat-resistant design, are very comfortable to wear, and offer decent sound.
Pros: Stays in the ear, is comfortable, better sound than most other buds I have used, has adjustable length cord.
Cons: There are no cons that I can think of. Cable works well and doesnt tangle, adjustable length is useful and sound quality is good for a ear bud.
Summary: Debated the investment in these but decided to go for it and now feel silly I debated. They work well for general listening to music (though I use QuietComforts as ...
Summary: Debated the investment in these but decided to go for it and now feel silly I debated. They work well for general listening to music (though I use QuietComforts as well) these are great when on the move. I got these for exercise, running and cycling and they are great for that. They stay solidly in ear, provide great music. Where I live its often windy and these block that from your ears well (stopping ear ache).
Armband works well and the review is wrong (or band has changed) as it holds the Iphone5 no problem at all.
Pros: Great sound, durability, cool design, Reebok partnership, and Bose customer service.
Cons: They don't block out sound completely and in really loud environments you can barely hear your music. Price maybe too high for some people.

Summary: I have nothing to complain about because I upgraded to these headphones for about $30 thanks to Bose excellent customer service that offered me that price for trading in my Bose IE2 for repair in exchange for this at a discounted price for being a loyal customer.
What separates these from the Bose IE2 is that they are more durable and do not fall out of ears easily even when your extremely active. I tested them on the elliptical for 45 minutes and it stayed in my ears compared to my Bose IE2 that would have slipped out due to the sweat. Also they are more durable, which is a good thing because I have rarely been able to get my Bose IE2 to last over the 1 year warranty and I used it often. The wires, sound, or something would always give out close to a year of excessive use so I am grateful that Bose came out with this and I hope to be using this for a long time.
