VASTLY Inferior replacement for it's predecessor.

Summary: I've used Koss Sparkplugs for years. I had multiple sets of them all over 'my life'. I used them for iPod, watching movies, music at work from my laptop and under my motorcycle helmet (for which they excelled). I loved these headphones so much that I was constantly recommending them to people (and buying for friends).
I was heartbroken when I saw that the Sparkplug was being discontinued, but encouraged when Koss advised me of the Pathfinder replacement.
Alas - these are no replacement for the Sparkplug. Whereas the predecessor had a warm and deep base response, the Pathfinders sound annoyingly tinny. I'm in a bind now in that I don't know what to do other than scour the net for the last pairs of the predecessor and stockpile them.
Save your money. I think that I'd rather listen to nothing than listen to audio through these headphones.
