No matter what, it still depends on your own preference

As compare to CX-300, the CX-300 II Precision delivers a better bass and mid-low frequency, suitable for R&B, Techno and those upbeat musics. However, its lack of treble making the sound muddy and slightly muffled.
The earbud and cable are no difference then CX-300, which the earbud is confortable and good noise-isolating but the cable is making interference noise as it run against your shirt or when you swing it slightly harder. The hang-neck cable is more to personal favour, so I won't judge that.
As for the pricing, Sennheiser's product had its quality within the price for the CX-Streets earpieces. Still, the quality achieved within the price is better than most good brands out there. Shure and AKG pricing is way more expensive as compare to Sennheiser if they have the same sound quality. Therefore, this is worth to buy.
To conclude, the CX-300 II Precision is more suitable for people who love bass. However, if you like more clarity and acoustic sound, get a CX-400 or higher end models if you got the budget, and for those who had low budget, a CX-300 is ok :)
*P.S. no matter what, it's all about personal preferences and needs.1 out of 1 users found this user opinion helpful.

Comfortable in wearing them once you get used to it.
Sennheiser sound quality,which is remarkable.
Nice carrying pouch.
Modest and sleek design.Cons: Cord is abit tangely.
Could have more bass, but not bad!
Noise isolation is moderate, not full. But it's perfect for being alert on your surroundings!Summary: People say these suck, which they dont, but there are some keys to unlock its true sound!

1.make sure you get the genuine Sennheiser products, not fakes!
2.use a good music player. The sound quality dramatically changes from device to device!
3.flip the equalizer! If you dont get the sound properly, mingle with the EQ and you can get the sound perfectly! (eg:-in my iPad,"treble reduce" EQ setting works like magic for these headphones!)
4.insert the earphones properly! If you don't insert them properly, you won't get any bass at all! Google "how to insert ear canal headphones"!
So wrapping things up,these are amazing headphones for the price! Good for traveling and listening to music to pass time while working on the go!! For pure music pleasure go for a overhead headphones! Like I have the Sennheiser HD 212pro,which are amazing! But the cx300 ii is perfect for discrete traveling music listening!! These are great, great headphones! I recommend this! <3 Sennheiser! -

Summary: I had creative ep 630 and wanted to upgrade to better ear phones. I have read various reviews and the prices of all those are very expensive. I wanted something under £50 no other option but these ones. Initially sounded just okay, after continues play of music they became good.
These are better than my previous earphones as I could hear some new sounds from the same songs. The bass is good and you feel it, but it is not deep. You can hear the highs and mids clearly. Sound isolation is good but doesn't isolate totally. On the whole for the money you pay they are the best. No other earphones come closer within this price of £17. Satisfied! -
Good quality, but awkward, and too expensive
by FalacyNine on November 11, 2010
Pros: decent sound quality, comfortable
Cons: noise canceling wasn't as good as some, the base jack that plugs into your mp3/ipod is large and awkward, wiring is thin
Summary: My opinion: they are way too expensive for what you get

Great Sounding headphones for an affordable price!
by birdycool on November 5, 2010
Pros: Great clear, bassy sound, very comfortable, very stylish, light & portable & can be easy to untangle.
Cons: Not durable, lasted me for a year, way to many fakes out there, so i'd advise you to buy from the shops or an authentic seller because if you buy from eBay, chances are your definitely going to get fakes!
Summary: Good bassy headphones for an affordable price, much better than apple headphones for sure!
