Pricey but hard to fault otherwise

Summary: I bought these to use when I'm not at my computer (I use Audio Technica AD700's for my computer) and with the comfort, secure fit, light weight, and great sound I'm very happy. I feel I paid too much for them, realistically The Sony V6's or Audio Technica M50's are better buys but with how comfortable the HD448s are I'm still glad I purchased them.

Summary: Overall, I really like these headphones, first foray into nice headphones so I can't really compare to nice ones, but listening to these constantly then switching to the old regular ear-buds that I use, you can definitely tell there's a difference. I'm terrified of breaking them though because of the plastic build. I bring them to school so when I put them in my backpack I have to be super careful not to hit anything with them. Some people complain that they get really warm, for me that's fine (it's like ear-warmers in the winter)!
I would suggest them to my friends. :) -
Not Great, But still Impressive.
by mdf13246 on April 9, 2012
Pros: Lightweight, Comfortable, Very smooth sounding, Noise cancling was good.
The sound quality was actually pretty good, the bass was not as weak as all the other rewiews make it out to be, and the comfort of these headphones was fantastic.Cons: Made 95% out of plastic (the actual body), breakable.
not a very durable headset. if you live in a house with children i would not buy these, unless you are extremely careful.Summary: The Headphones are actually very nice. the noise canceling is great (I live in a loud house) and the sund is also very nice. I would actually say that these ...
Summary: The Headphones are actually very nice. the noise canceling is great (I live in a loud house) and the sund is also very nice. I would actually say that these are better then the "Beats By Dre 'solo HD' simply because of the smoothness of the sound, and the size and comfort. The comfort of these things are also great. You will literally FORGET YOUR WEARING THEM because of the comfort. They are also very lightweight, again it helps with the comfort, but that is because they are made completely out of plastic. Very breakable, but are still able to withstand drops, and getting squished in backpacks and sports bags.
Overall: if your looking for some great sounding cans, for not That high of a price go for it.
But if you can afford to spend more money go with the 'Bose quiet comfort 15's ' or 'Beats By Dre Studios' -
$49 Sennheiser. I love them.
by puffer1958 on January 1, 2012
Pros: Good size ear cups. Good sound isolation. Sennheiser makes fine products. I got my 1st pair in 74. Make up your own mind. I have my opinion and these people ripping them have their own. I am happy with mine so I guess I came out pretty good.
Cons: I have no negatives.
Summary: If you want $200 headphones for $50, good luck. They would have to be stolen, used or fakes. Good luck all you Kings and Princes who deserve better.

Pros: Gives a relatively clear and warm human voice
very comfortable to wear
good noise cancellingCons: Bass is simply too weak
It doesnt sounds much better than HD418 with the additional priceSummary: since I don't own this thing, the comment here is just based on my opinion from JB hifi display.

the sound quality is not impressive
by lek2x on August 20, 2010
Pros: lightweight, design is better than some, cancels noise around 65% or so if no music
Cons: easily breakable, warm on ear, sound quality is not that great

Summary: i used the sansa fuze earphones for almost 2yrs and i decided to find a better replacement.i bought this HD448 coz the reviews were impressive.its a little expensive but i bought it anyway.after 2hours of use i sold it to my cousin.i was a little disappointed.heres why:
-the sound quality sucks compared to the stock earphones of sansa fuze
-bass was not crisp.
-if you try this on some ipod or iphone then it sucks even more
-its 90% plastic.one little accident and you'll end up breaking them
-just like other over-the-ear headphone, your ears gonna sweat a lot
-drains your mp3 batt life more quickly
-lastly,it does not compare to the cheap sansa earphones in any song genre,,,may it be R&B,rock, acoustics, pop, etc
but the good thing is that it does have a mediocre noise reduction capabilities.its comfortable to wear.has some extension wiring.and its not the most expensive.
i might be harsh on this product but if you have a sansa, i'm pretty sure you'll agree with me.
