  Packaging is impossible to open without damaging.

  Summary: When buying any product with bubble packaging, insist that the retailer open the package and test it before walking out the door.
  
  I bought these earbuds from Bestbuy and ended up wasting $40. The problem is not the buds but the packaging. It is impossible for anyone, including those of us that PAY for them to open the packaging without damaging the product. I had to use scissors to cut the package and nipped the wire which rendered the product useless.
  
  Of course Bestbuy would not take them back because I had damaged them.
  
  I will NOT buy the same product nor will I go to the same retailer. Manufacturers need to recognize that the anti-theft packaging is ruining the product for those of us that pay.
