  Complete garbage

  Pros: Nothing at all

  Cons: Absolutely no bass whatsoever

  Summary: Origanally had a pair of V-900's and was amazed at they're quality. Deep strong bass ,very clear, awsome. After they met they're untimely demise over the balcony from the thirteenth floor ( angry ex ), and after researching the net ,I chose what I thought was an even better set only to be disgusted.No matter how long I'd used them (burn in) I could not get any bass from them. Bought them off e-bay so maybe they were rebuilt or chinese knock-offs I don't know. Those have now met they"re TIMELY demise to the garbage can. Now deciding between Denon D2000, Sennheiser 650 and Grado rs-2.

  Headphones Like Sony Knows How 2 Make

  Beautiful deep Bass and treble, the amount of sound that comes blasting out of these is awesome. Well worth it's $174.95 I had to pay for, while newer versions come out these will continue to go down in price.

  Summary: I Have purchased many pairs of headphones from Sony and in my opinion these are impressive headphones.These headphones are made of very light weight material and are comfortable to wear. The mesh headband holds them well to your head and allow for manuverability. The only real concern of mines in relations to the construction of these headphones is the sliders that adjust the size of the headphones.It is somewhat fragile and requires delicate handling. I am very satisfied with the design. The sound quality is exceptional if they are being used on the devices they were intended for. I purchased these headphones which are labeled as "Super Audio" and didn't have any knowledge at all on the product since there aren't any reviews any where. Take heed to that label. I intended to use these on my new Creative Zen Vision M or my cd player and they are not meant for those types of devices. I realized that when I first used them and wasn't too impressed, but when I plugged them into my computer and my receiver I then realized what I had purchased. They are very cleary and have tight bass. Sounds are very prominent and audible at high volume settings. As far as the price is concerned I wouldnt have spent $359 for these which is the price some places are charging but for the $186 I paid,I feel I got a great deal.
  The Bottom Line: These are excellent headphones, but are meant for use in high end audio equipment not portable devices. This is another impressive Sony product.

It is somewhat fragile and requires delicate handling".....That was my original review and 2 months later the left side that adjusts the size of the left hear snapped right off.............I fortunatley have my receipt which also doubles as my warranty, but I figured that would happen........These Headphones Are VERY delicate.....Dont Buy These If You Have Children or Siblings....
