Pros: Flat cord helps cut down on tangling The sound is fairly nice, lows, mids, and highs all sound fairly good The feel fairly sturdy Comfortable to wear and easy to adjust They also look somewhat nice in a world populated with those ugly "beats"
Cons: the cord could be a bit longer, and the while not uncomfortable the padding could be a bit thicker. Like most closedback head phones, your ears can get pretty sweaty wearing them. Even folded up they are still fairly bulky

Summary: These are good for the $70 i paid for them, I had originally set out to find a pair of AudiotTechnica's but none of the stores in my area had them. The response all throughout the range were pretty good, while the bass was very clean it was still fairly loud, and high and mid tones seemed to come through clearly.
Pros: - Good bass (lows), mids and highs (40 mm driver) - Flat 3 ft cord tangle-free cord - Sturdy design and comfortable headband that is soft rubber, giving grip and comfort - Less than half the price of industry standard brands like Dr. Dre Beats
Cons: - Cushions hurt after having headphones on for more than 5 hours.... (but still does its job well)
