The good: Simulates surround sound; makes DVDs sound more expansive; padded, adjustable headband; lightweight design; single-sided 9.3-foot cord.
The bad: Thin sound; itchy earpiece covers; doesn't play very loud with some MP3 players.
The bottom line: The Ultrasone HFI-15G headphones simulate surround sound, but the performance doesn't match the price.

Summary: Wow! I can't believe the score these where given in the Cnet review. Look for reviews elsewhere, these are the most incredible headphones you can buy, especially with long gaming or music sessions. They are comfortable, they reach those incredible highs and lows, AND most important, they don't use any electronic tricks to fill your ears with surround sound. The way they are designed, the sound isn't pushed into your ears, but they use your ear canal and outer ear to bounce sound around you, in front of you and behind you. Please buy these, you will LOVE them.
