The good: The Yamaha EPH-30 Inner Ear Headphones offer surprisingly good sound quality for the money. They're comfortable and provide some passive noise isolation. Plus, they're very energy efficient.
The bad: The Yamaha EPH-30 headphones seem pretty fragile; there's no carrying pouch; and the white version gets dirty fast.
The bottom line: The Yamaha EPH-30 Inner Ear Headphones are a fantastic option for anyone on a budget, offering sound quality on par with the sound of sets that cost at least twice as much.

Good, but not great.

Pros: Really good sound and very comfortable.
Cons: Cord makes noise when it brushes on your clothing.... not the middle of the cord or the bottom of the cord, but the top of the cord (close to your ears). The CNET review said "there is no noise from the cable brushing against the front of the body." Thi

For some reason my review got cut off. I was saying that CNET's review saying that there is no noise from the cable brushing against the front of the body was correct, but somewhat misleading. I actually bought these ear buds because of that statement. I had previously purchased a pair of Skull Candy Inked buds and the cord noise from those is absolutely terrible. The Yamahas are better, but when I am simply walking with them, there is an almost constant cord noise from the cord brushing on the top of my shirt. I really don't understand how anyone can work out with these.

Phenomenal sound for the price

Pros: These are the best headphones I've heard under $100. Frequency response is great from deep bass all the way up to the highs.
Cons: I don't know why it took so long for Yamaha to come up with earbud-type headphones.
