The good: The BlueFox Extreme BF-401 is an affordable Bluetooth headset with good audio quality and a comfortable, secure fit.
The bad: The BlueFox Extreme BF-401's noise-cancellation isn't the best we've used, and its call quality could be improved. It also has rather weak bass.
The bottom line: The BlueFox Extreme BF-401 is a great choice for an affordable stereo Bluetooth headset for fitness fanatics.

Couldn't even get started

Pros: nice design, shape and weight. Reasonable price at CompUSA locally
Cons: Promised quick start guide not present, and the website for support stinks.

Summary: Might be a good product, but their support is so horribly bad, and their website design so incredibly poor, I will never find out if the product is also bad (which I suspect that it is). It came with no quick start guide or instructions. When i went to the website to check for these things, the website was so poorly designed it inspired me to return the item. None of the links work, there's no documentation anywhere, so any problems I might have would not be an easy thing to research and fix on my own. No thank you.
