The good: The Jabra BT2080 has a comfortable fit and is easy to use. It has a dedicated power switch and LED indicators for the battery and the Bluetooth connection. It's also very affordable.
The bad: The Jabra BT2080 doesn't have very good noise-canceling properties.
The bottom line: Though the call quality could be improved, the Jabra BT2080 is a decent beginners' headset for a very attractive price.
Cons: ...because I didn't even turn it on. The comfort of the earpiece is absolutely atrocious. I'm returning this tomorrow. It actually hurt to put the piece in my ear.
Summary: Might have great sound, I don't know, but if it's unwearable, who cares?

Pros: Easy to set up use. Good for beginners or basic inside use. Good battery life. Dedicated power button.
Cons: Poor noise cancellation/high background noise. Frequent static. ear bud sound quality is acceptable but not great. Ok to poor microphone quality. People I talk too often say its sounds like I am on speaker phone.

Summary: I do not need any frills or extras from my bluetooth headset. I just want it to answer and make calls. I thought this would be a good choice when I found it on sale for $19.99. It set up easily and is easy to use. It is small and light and relatively comfortable. I was very pleased with everything but the sound quality. There is often light static and I sometimes have trouble clearly understanding the person I'm talking to. The microphone has moderate to poor quality and poor noise cancellation. I can have a basic conversation but I have to do a lot of repeating because people have trouble understanding me.
This headset is perfect for tech the tech challenged and if it is used primarily inside. I like to use mine in the car or when out of the office and this model is not the best choice for noisy environments. I will be looking for another model soon.
Cons: Noise cancelling is non-existent. I use it with MS Communicator (VoIP). During testing, my correspondent claimed he could clearly hear our boss two cubicles away, and not speaking very loudly (hmmm... great spy tool).
Summary: Noise cancelling issues aside, receiving sound is very good. Buttons seemed very easy to use, and the on-off switch was welcomed. With the occasional very low sale prices, this unit ...
Summary: Noise cancelling issues aside, receiving sound is very good. Buttons seemed very easy to use, and the on-off switch was welcomed. With the occasional very low sale prices, this unit can be considered a good throw-away headset.
Pros: Comes with 2 ear hooks, short USB cable, and a short cabled AC charger. Small and fits well without the using the ear hook.
Cons: Circus music for incoming calls. Poor range with my Sony Ericsson W518a. The battery indicator light is not user friendly.
Summary: For the clearest conversations, I practically need to hold the phone up to my ear, and it still isn't great. I believe this model is near the bottom-of-the-line, but ...
Summary: For the clearest conversations, I practically need to hold the phone up to my ear, and it still isn't great. I believe this model is near the bottom-of-the-line, but I'm not eager to buy another Jabra. I didn't think I would use another Motorola headset, but I'm now using a Motorola H270. Much better all around.
