It Will Break

Pros: Great sound quality-clear & precise. Fits perfectly around ear. Different sizes of earpieces-you get a perfect fit. Earpieces soft & comfortable. Microphone placed perfectly. 'Stem' length neatly placed and shaped. Person on other end hears clearl
Cons: It has 3 little holes on the curved section that goes above the ear. Those are weak points. It will break at one of these holes GUARANTEE - the hole closest to the earpiece.
Summary: Definitely has a design flaw that renders what would otherwise be one of the best boom headsets, useless.

Item cannot be unmuted once you mute when plugged in.

Pros: I found no pros to this item. I felt Jabra did not help me with my issue at all.
Cons: Can't unmute the headset once the mute function is used.
