Pros: Excellent noise reduction and elimination capability Small size HD sound
Cons: Lack of separate buttons for volume control Fit could have been more comfortable Talk-time is average, battery drains overnight if left on and connected to a phone Little expensive at $99.99

I liked the small size, excellent noise reduction ability where I was able to comfortably talk with my dish-washer and TV on and my wife able to hear me clearly at the other end without any issues, so the noise reduction is really good.
For me noise-reduction is the single most important thing in a Bluetooth headset since its of no use if the people you call keep on complaining that they cannot hear you clearly because of the background noise. This headset does a very good job with that with no complaints! The voice-tones though may feel little digitized in high-noise environment. I give it a 4.5 out of 5 on this.
Next important thing for me is how comfortable is the headset and whether it fits well in my ear or not. In this regard, I was using the Plantronics Voyager Pro HD earlier that I lost about 2 months back in a car accident, however that headset was my best headset ever. Compared that Voyager Pro HD, this one is not the best fit, you may find it little loose or tight and mildly discomforting for prolonged use, but not to the extent that you would complain. So for fit and comfort I will give it a 4 out of 5 compared to a Plantronics Voyager Pro HD with 5 out of 5.
What I think requires improvement is that there should be a separate volume control rocker as opposed to the current single button which is used to control all functions of the device such as to answer/end call, switch between calls, control volume, etc.
While you use the headset you may set it at a comfortable volume level by increasing or decreasing the volume from the device itself. What it doesn't do right is that it doesn't save your volume setting permanently, so each time that you turn off the device using the on/off switch of the device, it would reset your volume setting and the next time that you have to take/make a call, the volume level would again be set to the default level (medium) and you would again have to readjust the volume. I think this requires improvement.
The battery backup is about average. You get about 4 hours of talk-time for a full charge and Jawbone claims about 10 days of stand-by time (that I am yet to test). I would give this headset a 3.5 out of 5 for battery backup though.
I also noticed that the voice tone is some what digitized on Jawbone, possibly due to Noise Assassin technology used by them. Compared to Plantronics Voyager Pro HD which provides absolutely natural voice tones and eliminates all kind of background noise comfortably.
If you have to pick between Plantronics Voyager Pro HD or Jawbone Icon HD, and if the price offered is the same then I would recommend that you buy the Plantronics (nothing beats Plantronics).
If there is a price difference that matters then I would recommend that you buy Jawbone Icon HD.
