light comfortable fabulous

Pros: Great new design with mic not in the boom, great sound quality and range with my droid X 50+ feet thru walls
Cons: will not survive a cycle in the wash
Summary: I've been using this ear piece for 6 months and it's my favorite bluetooth ever. It's so lite and comfortable I've found myself looking for it ...

Very good quality and very comfortable to wear
by flintlock62 on January 8, 2011
Pros: Very comfortable to wear and no bud that fits into the ear. The strap that fits over the ear is padded and hardly noticable.
Cons: Just a very little static noise on my end, but no noise on the callers end.
Summary: For the price, I think it is a good buy and really like the flip close boom that saves the battery. As already said, it is very comfortable to wear ...

Summary: For the price, I think it is a good buy and really like the flip close boom that saves the battery. As already said, it is very comfortable to wear and I almost forget I am wearing it. The sound is nice and clear, except for the little bit of static (and that was not constant and only lasted a short time). There is no bud that fits into the ear, which I personally find distracting. Already mentioned too, is the clip that fits over the ear. It is definately more comfortable than the thin wire types I have seen, even on the Jawbone Icon.

Excellent call quality! Very Clear and Loud!
by secondtimothypaul on September 1, 2010
Pros: Very Clear & Loud, Easy Connect & Disconnect. This Unit will be hard if not impossible to beat for the price.
Cons: People that you are speaking to, while using the Motorola H720 can hear everything going on in the background around you, and I have actually had complaints that its to loud & the background noise hurts their ears.
Summary: I really like the quick connect & disconnect, with the flip of the Boom Microphone. I love that you can turn it as loud or low as you like. Even ...

Summary: I really like the quick connect & disconnect, with the flip of the Boom Microphone. I love that you can turn it as loud or low as you like. Even those on the other line with you can hear every detail going on around you Loud & Clear! The battery seems to hold up all day, even for those who talk alot and it does not take long to charge up. I cant think of anything bad to say, except sometimes a store may get a bad batch of H720's, but this happens with any product on the market. I went through 2 returns before getting one that works perfectly. However, I could not be more satisfied.

This thing just won't sit on the ear securely.
by joeflaherty8 on November 10, 2011
Pros: There isn't anything this product does very well
Cons: It slips and slides on the ear. One has to keep the head pretty upright and still elsewise the device will fall off. The sound quality is pretty bad for receivers or so I've be told over and over. This might be due to the fact the headset does not sit in
Summary: Pretty **** poor. You would think they could figure out how to make it stay on the ear. As for the sound, I can't say, because it keeps moving.

Good to Fair while it worked

Pros: Easy to use.
Cons: Did not have a baffle like the older Motorola Bluetooths.

Summary: Motorola sent this to me because of problems with I believe an H270 in July of 2010. I just got off the phone with them about 13 months later and told them it did not hold a charge and was working horribly. I was told that it is now out of warranty and they can't do anything for me. Planned obsolescense, like many of the products we purchase nowadays.

_________ JUNK
by JoeMahma on August 10, 2010
Pros: It has a nicer finish than the H700.
Range is enhanced over the H700.
Cons: Everyone tells me I sound "muffled" when I use this thing.
It BEEPS when it senses a connection so you have to listen to an odd series of beeps prior to every phone conversation. Annoying!
Summary: Definitely NOT an improvement over the H700.
Despite whatever "improvements" Motorola thought they made over the H700, if the device makes you sound "muffled" nothing else matters. When I conduct ...

Summary: Definitely NOT an improvement over the H700.
Despite whatever "improvements" Motorola thought they made over the H700, if the device makes you sound "muffled" nothing else matters. When I conduct business, I can't sound "muffled" on the phone. To top it off, it's nearly impossible to return the thing since Verizon Wireless seems to have a policy of making returns as difficult as possible.
