  Nice unit, very functional

  Pros: Very light easy to wear for long periods while wearing glasses

  Cons: Noise canceling is overly sensitive. In office seem OK, but outdoors and wind noise causes unit to block everything including me. The unit is preset to the NC mode, so must be turned of on every call. No way to adjust the sensitivity, just on/off.

  Speaker that goes into the ear is uncomfortable

  Pros: Sound quality was fine. Fit over the ear was fine.

  Cons: Speaker that goes into the ear is uncomfortable.

  About the best that there is!

  Pros: Good audio quality and volume, comfortable fit, long battery life, good choice for wearers of eyeglasses.

  Cons: Can't think of any -- but if pressed, the plastic ear hoop seems easy to break if you're not careful and you're sunk if you loose the rubber ear bud. I'm looking to buy replacements to keep on hand.

  Summary: I am an older guy who wears glasses and has hearing difficulty but not yet ready for a hearing aid. So, I need an earpiece with good volume and small hoop for an ear hook. This mid-priced model does the trick very well. I don't understand the editor's issue with poor audio quality.
  
  I use this earpiece in multipoint mode with a Nokia 6555 and LG 400 series "Go Phone" both on AT&T network and both phones pair together well. The volume in this earpiece is good such that I can hear the low LG ring tone that is set to the earpiece instead of the ringer like the Nokia does.
  
  Be sure to take Moto's advice and try ALL THREE of the rubber earbuds. I thought I was "medium" but "small" actually fits better with the best sound quality and volume. I can hear it fine in quiet rooms with the phone bluetooth volume on its lowest setting!

  Pros: Light weight, Excellent noise canceling, power on/off button, comfortable, great sound. Multipoint pairing.

  Cons: The ring volume from the headset is way, way too low. In fact, I missed several calls because I could not hear my phone ring through the ear piece when I was in my car with the radio on.

  Man, Motorola was so close on this one. The noise canceling was awesome. I was standing in a direct head wind testing it with a buddy, and said he couldn't even hear the wind.
  Love the little power on/off switch. great battery life, sound, etc.
  It just puzzles me with these designers, how it seems like they go one step forward and then two steps back.
  If ur fine with just hearing ur phone ring and not the earpiece, I would highly recommend this. And it's Multipoint to boot !
  
  But I missed calls because I couldn't hear the ringer in the earpiece. That was enough for me to take it back

  Excellent Overall Product

  Pros: Loud Volume, Comfortable FIt, Light Weight, Easy to Use Sync Feature, Dummy Proof on/off switch

  Cons: Staticy at Times, Unnatural Voice Quality

  Great buy for 1st time Bluetooth user

  Pros: Cool design, ear bud tips great for small and large ears, ear clip is comfortable, device is lightweight, buttons easy to find and press, setup with my Black Jack 2 and PS3 are easy, headset pairs with no problems, good range

  Summary: Let me start off by saying that I am NOT a tech-person. I am an average user. I just want my stuff to do what it is supposed to! That is exactly what this headset does!
  
  Overall, this headset does exactly what I need it to do. I use it when playing PS3 for chat and with my BlackJack 2 cell phone. I will also be using it for an online masters degree course this spring.
  
  The headset is lightweight, stylish, and comfortable. I have small ears (iPod buds hurt after a short time) and the smallest ear tip fits great! The selection of 3 tips is great for me. Also the ear clip is discreet, comfortable and does not interfere with glasses.
  
  While in use, minor static is present, but it is comparable to a well-received radio station. I have owned this headset for a few days, I left a test message on my landline phone and it sounded like every other message I receive. My wife said that I sounded distant on a recent windy day. Audio is slightly tinny, but it does not affect caller audibility. Also there is some echo when I use it with my PS3 chat, but that is probably attributed to the PS network. I have not had this issue while using my cellphone.
  
  The headset pairs very easily once setup (which is also easy). Once I turn on the headset, it instantly pairs with my BlackJack and PS3. Setup was very easy with a small guide that tells you exactly how to get started. It is a fold out 8-10 page 'poster'. There is no bluetooth bible here, just a few instructions and that's it!
  
  This headset has been great for me so far. I have no complaints about usability, comfort, or quality. The price good as well. If you are a first time user and only considering more expensive headsets (like Jawbone), you may reconsider. I was afraid that I might get stuck with a dud and get burned. Instead, I am completely happy with my purchase and spent 1/2 the price.
