The good: The Motorola S11-Flex HD is lightweight, wireless, sweat resistant, and comes with lots of ways to adjust its fit. The headset also charges quickly.
The bad: The S11-Flex HD is tricky to strap on and delivers mediocre call and audio quality.
The bottom line: Motorola’s S11-Flex HD makes for a great workout companion but phone calls aren’t its strength.
Cons: The back will break after about a month. Please check the reviews on amazon.com where I purchased mine. Buyer after buyer had the same problem.

Summary: THIS PRODUCT HAS A KNOWN DESIGN FLAW and yet the company continues to sell it knowing most people will give up rather than jump through the hoops getting a replacement. I have used a month of my warranty trying to get a replacement while being without a headset.
Pros: Pretty decent sound and easily paired with devices. Comfortable to wear.
Cons: Product Breaks easily, Difficult to exchange.

Summary: Do NOT Buy, The Motorola S11 Flex HD is not worth the money, It's an O.K. product, the ease when pairing to a device was worth noting. The Sound reproduction was just about where I like along with the volume ( could have been louder). The Durability rates a 2 out of 10 I took care of them like a new born baby and after 2 months they cracked. Motorola gave me nothing but grief when I tried to replace under the warranty. I gave up.
Cons: Poor audio quality, I'll admit the highs are sparkling crisp but the midrange is flat and bass tones are positively muddy. Expected MUCH better audio quality for a $129.99 headset. Very disappointing, returning at first opportunity.
Pros: Very very comfort, easy setup, Battery life, uses micro usb same charger used for most phones, features, Love the onboard voice status and the 150ft range is unbelievable. Sound is decent, could be better, but not bad
Cons: Pricey, sound quality ould be better especially during a phone call, but not bad
Summary: I like it, not perfect, but the best overall bluetooth I've used thus far, the comfort and adjustability is the best I've used
