A+ product;people giving less than 4 stars are whiners!

Pros: I'm a tech support person and I also happen to be the manager of my tech. team. I bought 4 of these over 6 years ago and I am just now replacing the battery.
Cons: Slightly small buttons...wish "in ear" indicator tone was a little louder to let me know that I've got someone on mute or not.

Summary: I'm a tech support person and I also happen to be the manager of my tech. team. I bought 4 of these over 6 years ago and I am just now replacing the battery on mine. No one within my team has had any complaints about them. Why anyone would rate this less than 4 stars is beyond me. Bottom line is that you buy a headset to TALK on....not play with buttons. This headset has been a workhorse for me for over 6 years and I am choosing to replace the battery (29 bucks) versus replacing the whole headset. The range is awesome and with a good battery the talk time is at least 4 hours (mine has diminished below 2 hours now and that is why I am replacing it....but it has been 6 years). Very reliable piece of equipment.

Summary: Sure it's wireless, and it gets the job done. My big gripe with this is the buttons. You know that little raised notch on your keyboard on the F and J key? Imagine trying to find that on your headset to answer the phone. Also, imagine trying to find a SMALLER version of that to control volume and mute! Apparently, Plantronics didn't so much test this concept on actual users. The quality and range are fine, and it is comfortable, but the buttons can get on your nerves fast (especially if you answer the phone a lot).
