Horrible Bluetooth Headset
by Nevadawx on March 8, 2011
Pros: Lightweight in actual weight and how it works compared to others.
Cons: Cheap easily broken ear clip. Mic on right side only. Most people can't understand when you talk.

Summary: I paid more for this set than my previous one. What a mistake. I'm now on my 5th ear clip because they break almost on touch. I use my left ear and the mic is designed for right ears only. People on the other end say it's noisy and hard to understand. This thing would have to improve to be bad.

Good deal/bad deal
by nozmo_king on May 15, 2010
Pros: The current market price is quite good for the advertised features and stated performance. The unit is lightweight and I have not experienced any failures to operate do to a low battery condition. The recharging cycle is very quick.
Cons: Keeping the oddly-shaped earpiece in place is tricky. The rubber ear pad frequently falls off the unit; the ear loop is too flexible and breaks very easily. Very annoying static and distortion are frequently present in the audio.
Summary: Overall it's been a disappointment. Although Samsung boasts of the WEP700's noise and echo reducing features I receive frequent complaints during conversations of low volume or excessive background ...
Summary: Overall it's been a disappointment. Although Samsung boasts of the WEP700's noise and echo reducing features I receive frequent complaints during conversations of low volume or excessive background noise. The quite tiny volume control buttons are hard to manipulate, and the main function button is too easily pressed when adjusting the position of the headset which causes annoying unintentional redialed calls. True, the unit is very lightweight and has excellent battery life but Samsung needs to go back to the ergonomic and technology drawing boards on this one.

This headset sucks!!!!
by ragdickie on October 2, 2009
Pros: looks good, it does not stay on and people just cant here you. The microphone is set to one side so if you are "right eared" the mic is not on the near side of the set. Linking is not impressive turned it on and two hrs later it finally linked!!!!
Cons: Not comfortable and doesn't transmit voice well...people could not understandnwhat you are saying.
Summary: Don't buy...pay more and get a REAL GOOD headset. If you are gonna do the bluetooth thing make it worth your while.

This piece of trash is a WASTE OF MONEY!!!
by daddoopaul on August 1, 2009
Pros: I have NOTHING good to report about this thing.
Cons: 1. I get nothing but complaints from people I call, about the terrible sound quality.
2. The ear thingy broke just after I bought it.
3. It is hard to turn on and off.
4. The audio is bad within 2 feet of the phone.
5. Samsung support is a joke.Summary: The package makes all kinds of claims about how good the audio is, with automatic volume control and two microphones, to cancel out background noise. The package even has a ...
Summary: The package makes all kinds of claims about how good the audio is, with automatic volume control and two microphones, to cancel out background noise. The package even has a fancy sound byte built in, detailing the difference between a headset with and without their special circuitry. It is all a bunch of HOGWASH!
This thing is total garbage. My only regret is that I didn't return it to the store where I purchased it. If I could give it NEGATIVE stars, I would.
When I tried to call Samsung, the option tree went around in circles, returning me to the beginning, over and over. Samsung obviously doesn't care about QUALITY! I will not buy another Samsung product-EVER! -
Very good quality at geat price
by poobah_h on July 24, 2009
Pros: Sound quality is best of 3 BT headseats I have owned. The others were twice the price but half the sould quality. Not perfect, I do get some echo at times, but overall people can actually hear me.. what a concept with a Bluetooth.
Cons: It's not that confortable. I cannot keep it in my ear all day (but who the hell wants to keep one of these things in their ear all day) as it will irritate my ear after about 2-3hrs.
Summary: Hey, I can put away my wired headset!

Was good but now USELESS
by bboan on December 23, 2008
Pros: Great sound, never had any problems connecting it to my treo with palm or win mobile os.
Cons: The rubber piece that hold it in the ear has come off (lost) and the ear hook has broken, guess what they don't have available as replacement parts? Neither is there an eta to get them in.
Summary: A good ear piece is now useless and samsung support SUX as bad as AOL.
