The Garmin Forerunner 405 is a GPS watch designed to help runners train. This is similar to the Garmin Forerunner 305, but uses a more slim design for increased comfort and has a bezel touch control to quickly scroll through the options on the watch while on the move. While not included in the base model, the watch does use the ANT+ heart rate monitor and can use an optional foot pad for indoor training when a GPS wont help to track distance run. This watch is fully compatible with Garmin Connect, allowing wearers to upload information about their run for post analysis and comparison to past runs.
