Pros: Syncs with your computer. Gives users ability to track performance.Quality build.
Cons:
Summary: I never really thought much about pedometers as a whole. However, this Sportbrain pedometer is in a category in itself. It has the ability to sync to your computer and give you performance data and graphs from your pedometer. Thats quite a feature. Especially for people needing some motivation and seeing their progress can give some of that. It is important to measure your stride correctly to get the most accurate readings. This unit measures calories, distance, steps and even a clock so its all you'll ever need in a pedometer but you need to register online to get the benefits of the unit. It would have been nice to have a backlight especially for people who do their walking at night but thats not a huge deal. Quality of the unit seems sturdy and of durable construction. I would recommend this unit for the casual exerciser to the experienced power walker.
