The price makes this a fair/mediocre product

Pros: Inexpensive drawing package that does allow you to draw up floor plans by adding rooms instead of "drawing walls". That is a nice feature. Nice overall features but "paint" ability stinks.
Cons: The software will crash unexpectedly in what appears to be at random--so save early and often. When the software starts, it comes up differently, sometimes in metric and other times standard.

Summary: I found this tool to be frustrating at first but I calmed down after using it for a while. It would crash from time to time so I saved early and often after I did something. Having to switch between space plan and floor plan for certain functionality really stinks. Error messages are useless as they say "out of boundary" but you don't know what is out of bounds. Space plan view is nice and easy to build floor layouts. For $25 at Sam's, we'll see how it goes but so far, not worth it. To their credit, I have not contacted tech support.
