  Summary: I am mostly writing this user review to share with those who run into the same problem I had to let them know there is a simple solution - get the updated software and firmware. My HD channels would get scrambled (the video) when using the HDMI line from the VS2 Video Enhancer. Comcast's only solution was use Component Video. Bose helped walked me through checking the software and firmware of my device and suggested an update. They sent me the udpate and it worked. Anytime I have had an issue with a bose component they have always been quick to offer a replacement. They even offered to work directly with Comcast to get problem resolved.
