The good: The 3M Streaming Projector features an integrated Roku Streaming Stick in its compact, handheld design. It has built-in dual-band Wi-Fi and essentially the full functionality of a standalone Roku box, including streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Instant, Hulu Plus, MLB.TV, Vudu and HBO Go. There's also a built-in rechargeable battery, making it truly portable.
The bad: The built-in battery only lasts for a little over 1.5 hours. And while image quality is watchable, the resolution is limited to DVD-quality and the picture could be brighter.
The bottom line: The 3M Streaming Projector packs the full power of a Roku box in a pico projector, making for an undeniably cool gadget, even with its limited battery life.

Best purchase I've made in recent memory.

Pros: Great picture size and quality for the price. Currently projecting a 110" screen. It's just a bit wider than the queen bed sheet on which it's projected.
The built-in Roku.
Only $300.
Cons: Audio is not very loud. Connected to computer speakers or a stereo, and it's great.
Not especially bright.
Switching the input from Roku stick to HDMI took a little fiddling with the menus.
I keep forgetting to pack the remote.

Summary: I bought this as a reward for quitting Comcast cable. It's been great so far. This coupled with Plex and a Gorillapod makes for a great entertainment system. If you're coming from a tube television, you'll be blown away. If you're coming from a big flat screen, maybe not so much.
