If you have just signed up, it may take several days. You will receive e-mail once your products are live.

^ top - 3. Why can I not find my products online?
- If you have just signed up, it may take several days. You will receive e-mail once your products are live. If you have been listing for a while and your listings have disappeared, please send some sample manufacturer SKUs you are not finding by contacting us here.

- You may send a new feed once or twice a day.

Once your feed has been running, it will be picked up automatically by our system. You won't need to e-mail us after you've uploaded a new feed, unless the filename has been changed.

No, there is no need to upload a new feed.
^ top - 8. Can you send me my old feed?
We archive only the previous day's feed. Please fill out this form to request for previous day's feed.
^ top - 9. I removed all the items from my feed and sent you an empty file, how come I still see my listings?
Our system has a failsafe whereby if we cannot download a feed or download an empty feed, it will fallback on the last valid feed we downloaded from you. If you would like to remove your listings, please fill out merchant form (http://shopper.cnet.com/html/partners/merch_issueform.html)
