It supports up to eight channels and eight drive channels to enable configuration flexibility and redundant, highly available, dual-loop drive storage. The Netfinity FAStT500 Raid Controller Unit offers a data transfer rate of up to 100 MB/sec per controller and a maximum bandwidth of 300 MB/sec per controller. It supports RAID levels 0, 1, 3, 5, and 10 and features 256 MB of write-back cache per controller with battery backup.
