awesome and affordable portable printer

Pros: amazing print quality, cheap replacement cartridges, LCD preview screen, small size, pretty fast printing times, can print with memory cards or from computer, can print wallet sizes and proof sheets, printing is surprisingly quiet

Cons: it's a bit heavy, but I don't think that can be avoided
preview screen doesn't allow you to crop images (or I haven't figured out how)
largest print size is only 4x6 although I wouldn't expect anything larger with a printer so small
no major concerns

Summary: I couldn't fit all the Pros above. Here are the rest: cheaper (and better) than most of the competitors, (optional) long -lasting battery pack, (optional) nice carrying case by Epson made for the PictureMate printers

Bottom-line:
I'm super impressed with the print quality. The colors are brighter and more vivid than any photo I've received after ordering online prints from various services. Print packs come with 100 photos (matte or glossy), and a cartridge which conveniently last for about 100 prints. The optional battery also conveniently lasts for around 100 prints. I'd argue that this is the best portable printer on the market, although I haven't personally tried them all myself. I did, however, do lots of online research before buying myself this awesome Christmas present. :) Based on the other reviews I have read/heard, everyone has been very impressed with the Epson PictureMate Charm PM 225.
