  Not worth the money

  Pros: when it did print the photos were above average quailty. I printed better pictures at Bartell Drug Store

  Cons: Received the error message, CARTRIDGE ERROR, and wouldn't clear. Contacted HP and there resolution was, printer life cycle is over and to buy a new printer. Printer cartridges are way to expensive compared to other printers on the market.

  Summary: I think a printer that is only a couple of years old and has been taken care of should last a little longer. We figured that we printed about 200 photo's and bought 3 ink cartridges, we expected this unit to last longer than that. Very dissapointed in a product that was supposed to have come from a quality company like HP. It was not cheap buying the supplies and we are now stuck with a newer cartridge for $35.00.

  RUN AWAY!!!!

  Pros: While it WORKED, it printed nice pictures, convenient to print at home.

  Cons: Cost per photo, cost of replacement ink, quality of product, tech support for HP.

  Summary: After 1 year and 7 months, and only around 150 photos, one day I got an ink cartridge error and now the printer won't work at all. HP's tech (HA!) department's advice? Buy a NEW printer. Wow...awful. AND, while the printer worked, I only got about 40 4 x 6 photos per ink cartridge and the cartridges are NOT cheap. Better option is to go to Walmart or CVS or Sam's to print. Horrible quality and worse tech support. Oh, and if you're wondering, I tried using a new cartridge and cleaning the contacts, etc...this cheap thing just QUIT on me, for no good reason.

  Absolutely great little printer!

  Pros: The photo quality is outstanding. It is convenient and easy to use without a computer. The included software allows you to edit your photos directly from your memory card. You can even add text! The touch screen is a nice feature too.

  Cons: At this point the only con would be the cost of the ink cartridge.

  Summary: I was looking for a printer that would give me great quality photos and this printer delivers that times 100. The auto photo fix feature is amazing and the software allows me to add text, different edges, colors, clip art, etc. to my photos. I love how small and portable it is-it has a built in carrying handle. The touch screen works like a charm and what is truly outstanding is that you can do all your photo editing within the printer by just plugging in your memory card. It prints in all the sizes I need, including 4x6, 4x8, 4x12 and 5x7. There really isn't a bad thing to say about this printer.
