Pros: As said above, it's fast, reliable, and durable. I dropped it once, and it worked all well. it's very sturdy as well.
Cons: But it was been noisy even before I dropped it, and it's noisy in same way after I've dropped it. It have this 'scratching' sound whenever it's reading or writing something on HDD, and it's noisy enough to get me notice it every time.

Pros: Before buying this drive for my older system I callled Hitachi and received prompt and accurate information on the drive. It installed easily on my oder 150Gb system without needing any jumpers (unlike Seagate drives).
Cons: I have absolutely no complaints. The drive installed easily andhas worked perfectly for over 6 months now.
