Have great working quality, but kind of noisy.

Pros: As said above, it's fast, reliable, and durable. I dropped it once, and it worked all well. it's very sturdy as well.
Cons: But it was been noisy even before I dropped it, and it's noisy in same way after I've dropped it. It have this 'scratching' sound whenever it's reading or writing something on HDD, and it's noisy enough to get me notice it every time.

Out standing drive

Pros: This HD is just perfect. All I had to do was hook it up and it has performed outstandingly. Purchased 2 months ago. No problems at all, I recommend to all
Cons: I have no complaints to report.
Summary: I work on computers using other 1 TB drives and found them lacking in quality and endurance. This drive has exceeded my expectations in quality and performance.

Great drive, Great Support

Pros: Before buying this drive for my older system I callled Hitachi and received prompt and accurate information on the drive. It installed easily on my oder 150Gb system without needing any jumpers (unlike Seagate drives).
Cons: I have absolutely no complaints. The drive installed easily andhas worked perfectly for over 6 months now.
Summary: This drive is a reasonalby priced high quality consumer drive and Hitachi designed it to be a simple installation plus they offer excellent support. I could not ask for more.
